Return an item you no longer want
Under your right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005) you can return items within 14 days, no reason needed. You arrange and pay for the return shipment.

- Enter your order number and the email used for the purchase in the form below.
- Select the items you want to return.
- Wait for the approval confirmation you'll receive by email.
Prepare the items
- Put the items back in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unused (beyond what's needed to check model, colour or features).
- Make sure each item is complete — for example both pieces of a pair, and all components for kits.
- Items must keep their identification tag and the matching security seal.
Ship it back (at your expense)
- Use a courier of your choice or the postal service. Send an insured, prepaid package — choose a courier with tracking.
- All shipping costs and any customs duties are your responsibility.
- Send everything in a single shipment.
- Packages sent cash-on-delivery or freight-collect will not be accepted.

Your refund
The refund is issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, no later than 14 days from when we receive the return and verify its condition at our warehouse. Depending on your payment method, the credit may take a little longer to appear.
Only if you return your entire order. For a partial return, the original shipping costs are not refunded.
Want a different size or model? Direct exchanges aren't possible — return the item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want. Check availability in the store before reordering.
Before you ship
Unauthorised, incomplete or non-compliant returns may be refused or delayed, which can mean no refund is issued and extra costs at your expense. Always complete the return procedure above before sending anything.
