You have 14 calendar days from receiving your package both to exercise your right of withdrawal (changed mind) and to report a non-compliant or defective product.

Defective / non-compliant product: pickup arranged by Twinkly. All shipping costs and any customs duties are at our expense.

Withdrawal (changed mind): you arrange and pay for the return, using an insured, tracked courier. Cash-on-delivery or freight-collect parcels are not accepted.

Items must be sent back in their original packaging, intact, unused (beyond what's needed to check model, colour or features) and complete with every component, keeping the identification tag and matching security seal.

Unauthorised, incomplete or non-compliant returns may be refused or delayed, which can mean no refund is issued and extra costs at your expense.

The refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days from receipt and verification of the return at our warehouse. Depending on your payment method, the credit may take a little longer to appear.

Original shipping costs: refunded only if you return your entire order. For a partial return they are not refunded.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal: intimate apparel, swimwear, and personalised clothing with names or numbers other than those of the official team players.

Direct exchanges aren't possible: return the item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want. Check availability in the store before reordering.
