If we provide a prepaid shipping label, we assume responsibility for the package until it arrives at our facility.

Regional Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Failed Delivery / Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or missed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

If the customer chooses not to have the package re-shipped, a refund may be issued minus the original shipping charges, unless the return is the result of a Twinkly error.
