Products purchased on the Twinkly.com website are normally delivered within 3 working days from the order date in Italy, and within 5 days for all other destinations.

The shipping service is not active for the following areas: Channel Islands, Azores, Madeira, Canary Islands, New Caledonia.

Deliveries may incur slight delays on the occasion of special promotional events and during holiday periods and couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 or on weekends.

An extra working day, compared to the above terms, is required for orders paid for by credit card to allow for standard administration procedures.

For orders paid for by bank transfer, delivery times will be calculated upon receiving payment confirmation.
